
1956
Rajdhani Flour Mills was founded on 31-October-1956 as a partnership firm by Late Shri Sunder Lal Jain (who was the grandfather of Chetan Jain). The same was founded at Qutub Road in Old Delhi. The facility now houses a charitable hospital run by an NGO Mahavir International Delhi.

1976
To expand the capacity, a new plant was set up at Lawrence Road Delhi at C-45/3&4 (800 square yards) with an installed capacity of only 15 Tonnes Per Day (TPD).

1984
On 22-March-1984, Rajdhani achieved AGMARK certification, one of the first companies in the country in the field of flours & grains to achieve that distinction.
1993
The partnership was incorporated into a company Rajdhani Flour Mills Limited on 21-December-1993 (CIN U74899DL1993PLC055316)

1995
Capacity was expanded further by adding a large Dal & Besan plant at Lawrence Road (Delhi) at B-30 (5000 square yards) with an installed capacity of 200 TPD, gradually increased to 400 TPD over the next decade.

2005
Another plant was added at C-34/3 (1200 square yards) with an installed capacity of 150 TPD which has been recently increased to 200 TPD.

2011
With shortage of space in Delhi, decision was made to expand outside the city’s boundaries and the first plant in Haryana was set up under the name of ‘Shreedayal Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.’ (3600 square yards) with a capacity of 150 TPD, which was recently expanded to 200 TPD.

2014
The largest and the most state of the art factory for the group was commissioned in 2014 at 2248 spread over an area of 14300 square yards with an initial installed capacity of 250 TPD. This capacity has slowly been increasing and now stands at 500 TPD.

2023
The oldest facility at C-45/3&4 was demolished, as it had reached its end of life. And a new state of the art Consumer Packing plant was established with machines imported from Buhler Switzerland. The plant is now fully automated with PLC based computerised operations with minimum workforce. The capacity of this new plant is nearly 200 TPD.
